Talent Pathway Programme


Coaching team includes NCR Head Coach Bill Robertson and former Scottish International & EPL goalkeeper and current Head of Age Group Goalkeeping coach for New Zealand Football, Jonathan Gould. Play alongside former All Whites and existing National League Players. Teams will also benefit from strength and conditioning training , video analysis and life education.

For aspiring keepers Jonathan Gould will also be providing specialist goalkeeper training.

NCR's flagship team, The Thirsty Whale Napier City Rovers will be the Pride of Hawke’s Bay in 2021, taking to the field in the new top-tier Central Conference with the goal of reaching the revamped National Championship phase later in the year. NCR is the pinnacle representative team in Hawke’s Bay and continues to aspire to carry on the decorated winning history of the Blues.
