Vacant Roles - Come and join a great team!

Napier City Rovers Football Club is going through exciting times and we are looking for new people to come and join our team. 

With some key members stepping down after many years, some exciting opportunities have arisen and NCR is now looking for people to fill the following roles:

• Club Secretary
• Club Captain
• Media

Club Secretary

The role of the club secretary is to support the chairman of the club.
The Secretary is the chief administration officer and the person who provides the coordinating link between members, the management board and outside agencies.

Skills:

Ideally the Secretary is someone who:

     Can communicate effectively.
     Is well organised and can delegate tasks.
     Can maintain confidentiality on relevant matters.
     Has a good working knowledge of the constitution.

Club Captain

Applications are also being sought for the vital role of Club Captain.
The club captain represents the club, acting as a liaison between members, players and the Board, as well as being visible to players and supporters of visiting teams.

Media and Marketing

We are looking for talented individuals to come and join the NCR media and marketing team. If you have any experience in journalism, graphic design, website design, or marketing we would love to hear from you.

As a non-profit organisation all volunteer roles are unpaid. But you will have lots of fun being part of a great team. If you would like to be involved, but you are worried about time restraints, we can adjust duties to suit. You will be well supported. Get in touch to find out more!
