Rovers to Host Pre-season Championship Tournament at Bluewater Stadium

Kick-off your pre-season training by flexing your muscles against other local teams at Bluewater Stadium when Napier City Rovers host their pre-season tournament next month.
 
The tournament is planned to run over five to six weeks, with games played on Tuesday and Thursday evenings commencing mid-February, with the final planned to take place on March 22.
 
Open to all clubs in the Bay, the preliminary rounds will be played on a Championship basis with group winners and runners-up progressing to the Knockout rounds.
 
This is a great opportunity for senior teams to get ready for the 2018 season without the hassle of having to arrange pre-season fixtures.
 
There will be prize money up for grabs for the winning team, projected to be between $500-600. 
 
Cost of entry will be confirmed as soon as entrants are finalised, but is estimated to be between $375 and $425 per team.
